Brilliant Linking Trick - Black Hat? Grey Hat?

Disallow your entire site from Google crawling your site. Needs to be a brand new domain never hosted before.

Go get all the freakin links you want – obviously, getting high quality ones would be a better use of your time.

After you get about 1,000 or so good links, remove the robots.txt file from blocking your site.

Google will view this as an “aged” domain – all because of the links pointing to it already when it first “discovers” the site and places it into the index.

    Hey there, You’ve performed a wonderful job. Let me certainly reddit this and for my piece would suggest to my local freinds. I’m sure they’ll be taken advantage of this website.

    Does it really work? Well it seems a good trick if it really works in the real world but still some confuse in this regard. Do you think that google will not measure the backlink age and when they were really linked to the website in the past?

    @spookseo –

    This only works for domains never before registered. The backlink age will always be older than the date the domain was “discovered” by Google. Therefor, all those links were pre-existing and are “grandfathered” into the domain authority.
